Albury Public School Wears it Pink!

By Natalie Woodward

Pink is the colour of care

The Year 6 Leaders from Albury Public School are fundraising to ensure that no one goes through breast cancer without the care of a McGrath Breast Care Nurse. We are holding a 'Wear it Pink' day on Wednesday 8 November 2023, where everyone can come in pink or any other fun colour and bring a gold coin donation to school.  For those who are not lucky enough to attend our school, you can still participate by donating online. Our fundraising goal is $500 - can you help us?

A breast cancer diagnosis can change your life in an instant and the impact can be felt right through your family, friends, and community.

McGrath Breast Care Nurses help individuals and their families affected by breast cancer by providing invaluable physical, psychological, and emotional support from the time of diagnosis and throughout treatment.

Supporting us to raise funds for this great cause is easy and you can help the McGrath Foundation reach their goal of 250 nurses by 2025, to work towards ensuring no one misses out on care.

Thank you so much for your support.
