This cricket season, we want to make a difference!

We will be getting out this Pinks Stumps Day because no one should go through breast cancer without the care of a McGrath Breast Care Nurse.

McGrath Breast Care Nurses help individuals and their families affected by breast cancer by providing invaluable physical, psychological, and emotional support from the time of diagnosis and throughout treatment.

Event Details

Dear Emmaus families, Thursday 31st October is PINK STUMPS DAY and your invited to come to school wearing your best PINK outfits! Did you know 58 people will be diagnosed with breast cancer every day this year? A breast cancer diagnosis is life changing and having the right support is crucial. That's why this year we are praying and turning our school PINK to raise money for the McGrath Foundation! Our whole school K-10 is invited to come to school dressed in their best PINK outfits on Thursday 31st October, with all gold coin donations going to the McGrath Foundation. The best dressed class will receive a Zooper Dooper party! Our annual school tradition returns with our soon to be departing Year 10 cohort versing the ECS staff in a fun game of indoor cricket. The game will be after lunch on Thursday 31st of October and our whole school will take turns spectating and cheering for their favourite players. Our goal is to raise $5,000 for the McGrath Breast Care Nurses who help individuals and their families affected by breast cancer by providing invaluable physical, psychological, and emotional support from the time of diagnosis and throughout treatment. Donations can be made by simply hitting the donate button above! And all gold coin donations received on the 31st October for the uniform free day will be added to our fundraising effort. Let's pray together for those families in and around our community who are currently experiencing breast cancer. And together, let's beat our goal of raising $5,000 for this important cause!
