Celebrating Courage and Community: Pink Stumps Day 2024
Tahmoor District Cricket Club invites you to join us for a special day of cricket and compassion at our Pink Stumps Day. This event is not just about cricket; it's about coming together as a community to support those affected by breast cancer.
Why Pink Stumps Day Matters:
Breast cancer touches the lives of so many in our community, including members of our beloved club. Through Pink Stumps Day, we aim to raise awareness, show support, and raise funds for breast cancer research and support services. All funds raised from the day will be donated to the McGrath Foundation, to ensure more families will have the care and support of a McGrath Breast Cancer Nurse.
Event Highlights:
- Cricket Matches: Cheer on our teams as they play exciting matches throughout the day. Kicking off the proceedings will be the TDCC Juniors taking on the Bradbury Juniors from 8.00am, followed by Tahmoor Turtles taking on Cobbitty-Narelllan Crows.
- Pink Spirit: Show your support by wearing pink! The more pink, the better. Prizes for best dressed.
- Family Fun: Enjoy activities for all ages, including mini games, a BBQ, Bar and a raffle with fantastic prizes.
- Community Unity: Come together to support a wonderful cause.
