Earlier this year my sister received the heartbreaking diagnosis of Breast Cancer. She had just days earlier turned 40.
Being that I live 5 hours from her I struggled to be able to give her any help like watching her 2 children while she was receiving chemo. So one of my ways of helping is donating my hair to Ella Wigmakers. Ella Wigmakers make wigs for anyone suffering hair loss as a result of cancer treatment or other medical conditions.
Emma has also said that her McGrath Breast Care Nurse has been a invaluable help and support during her treatment.
I’m fundraising to ensure that no one goes through breast cancer without the care of a McGrath Breast Care Nurse.
