Pink is the colour of care
I’m excited to host Pink Up the Pace! – two special runs as part of my weekly running groups to support the incredible work of the McGrath Foundation and ensure that no one faces breast cancer without the care of a McGrath Breast Care Nurse.
As part of my day job, I work alongside the McGrath Breast Care Nurse in Colac and see firsthand the incredible support they provide to individuals and families impacted by breast cancer. Their care goes beyond the physical, offering much-needed psychological and emotional support from diagnosis throughout treatment.

Colac Run:
- Date: Thursday, 17th October
- Time: 6:30 am (arrive 10 minutes early)
- Location: Meet outside Colac Area Health in the main car park
Birregurra Run:
- Date: Sunday, 20th October
- Time: 8 am (arrive 10 minutes early)
- Location: Meet outside Otway Artisan
