We have had amazing support by the local community in preparation for our stall - we are also attending a wig party soon, so hopefully we can share some photos soon. Chemo and radiotherapy will be starting soon.

Two crazy friends fundraising for essential services, but also sharing experiences and support along the way.

After a unexpected diagnosis - Judy discovered she had stage III breast cancer - at this stage there has been a successful surgery to remove the tumour, Treatment to follow will be a few weeks of chemotherapy and radiation. 

We want to turn the diagnosis into a positive spin and promote breast cancer awareness, but also raise funds for the McGrath breast care nurses - Judy has spoken highly of their support through her journey. 

Pink is the colour of care

We are fundraising to ensure that no one goes through breast cancer without the care of a McGrath Breast Care Nurse.

A breast cancer diagnosis can change your life in an instant and the impact can be felt right through your family, friends, and community.

McGrath Breast Care Nurses help individuals and their families affected by breast cancer by providing invaluable physical, psychological, and emotional support from the time of diagnosis and throughout treatment.

Judy and I are hosting a small stall Wednesday October 30th - My Emporium main street Peterborough 0900 -12pm we have raffles, information brochures, guess the lolly jar, beautiful keyrings made by an amazing local. pop down and say hello.
